tooz DevKit
The tooz DevKit is a toolbox for testing the tooz Smart Glasses technology. Sold in 2020 and 2021 in the EU, USA and China, it enabled numerous corporates and individual software developers to prototype and develop use cases and compatible applications. The SDKs (Android and iOS), the “My Smart Glasses” companion app and an Emulator app are still publicly available.
Sensors and integrated technologies
Magnetometer
The integrated magnetometer measures the magnetic field and determines your orientation.
Ambient light sensor
The ambient light sensor measures the brightness of your environment, enabling accurate auto brightness function.
Accelerometer
The accelerometer measures the lateral movement of your head when you are wearing the tooz DevKit.
Proximity sensor
The proximity sensor detects when you are wearing tooz DevKit, saving battery when the glasses is not being used.
Power on/off hinge
The tooz DevKit is powered on and off by the hinge. Put your glasses into action as soon as you unfold them.
Gyroscope
The gyroscope measures the rotational movement of your head when you are wearing the tooz DevKit.
